Team Manager – Outstanding IFA
NonStop is working with an Outstanding Independent Fostering Agency in the Kent area in order to recruit for a permanent Team Manager. In this role, you will be part of a well established IFA with all their services being rated as Outstanding across the country.
The Independent Fostering Agency provides services such as mainstream fostering, parent and child placements and more intensive therapeutic foster placements to children and young people.
Responsibilities of the Team Manager will be as below:
The Team Manager will be part of the operational management team. You will manage a stable team of Fostering Social Workers, ensuring that a high level of care is achieved. You will work closely with the Area Manager in order to ensure that the service delivered is in line with the fostering legislation and national minimum standards.
Salary and benefits:
Salary up to £40,000 per annum
Assistant Team Managers looking to take a step up will have the opportunity to move into a Team Manager role. The IFA provides continuous training and support so you can further progress into a senior management role with the in the future.
You will be supported by an extensive central administration service (marketing, recruitment, contract development, review administration, quality assurance and placements)
28 days holiday in your first year (bank holiday days are extra!)
Long Service day awarded after every 3 years (up to 12 years)
Birthday day off
Good Health days (if you have no sickness within a 6 month period you get a free day off)

Requirements for this role:
Please apply if you are a Team Manager or an Assistant Team Manager / Practice Manager and if you have experience in Fostering. You must have a good understanding of the Fostering Legislation and National Minimum Standards and you must drive as well.
