Kaedi Recruitment Agency is looking for Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, Health Care Assistants and Care Managers to join our staff bank. Support workers are needed to support our clients all around Essex.

Support Workers, Health Care Assistants and Care Managers registered with us at Kaedi will be responsible for supporting our clients with their care plans. All our support workers of all levels need to be confident, professional, organised and dependable.

Duties Include:

* Providing support with all aspects of personal care, which could include bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding

* Monitor and record service users progress.

* Liaising with the management team and service users families consistent standard of care that meets the individual needs of each service user.

* Assisting service users with general housekeeping & shopping

* Follow clients safeguarding policies.

Key Skills Required:

* Flexible and Adaptable

* NVQ in Health and Social Care or similar

* Must be Organised

* Good communication skills, both written and verbal

* Must be supportive and compassionate to service users.

Additional Information:

* Applicants may need to apply for a new Enhanced DBS (if they don’t already have one on the update service)

* Applicants must have full CV history along with references covering a period of the last 5 years.

* Experience within the healthcare sector is preferred however this is not essential.

* Hourly pay rates vary from £8.50 to £12.50 depending on shift pattern and location.
