Would you like a fantastic new career in Health and Social Care?
Why not start your day hoping to make a difference and end your day knowing you did.
Here at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, we make a real difference in supporting people with their everyday lives. This could involve practical support with the person`s daily life, personal care or helping to promote a positive, active and healthy lifestyle.
At the Queen Street Service in Paisley, we have an amazing staff team dedicated to making a real difference to the lives of the people we support and we are looking to grow to the current team.
No previous experience is required as we provide full training, however, you do need to be compassionate, caring, non-judgemental, outgoing, have strong values and enjoy supporting people to have FUN.
Each person we support is unique so each support role will be different from the next, giving you the chance to make a difference in that individual’s life and helping people achieve their goals and outcomes. Part of the service is dispersed as we go out into people’s own homes in the community to provide their support, so travelling and lone working are requirements of the role.
Not only will you get a great sense of achievement but in return, you can expect fantastic career progression opportunities, award-winning training and a positive enjoyable working environment.
So even if this is a new career path for you, we would love to meet you.
What matters most is that you have the right values and the right attitude.
Please apply below and let The Richmond Fellowship Scotland work with you to progress your career and help provide the best possible care and support to the individuals we support.
Closing date: 18 December 2019
PVG checks will be required of all successful applicants; having a conviction will not necessarily debar you from working in this sector.
