Senior Practitioner

£27 – £33/hour

I have an opportunity for a Senior Practitioner to work for Bracknell Forest Council. It will be an initial temporary contract working 37 hours across Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5:00pm.

This is a unique role offering a contract up until November 2020 for the right candidate.

In this role you’ll be responsible for undertaking conversations, assessments, reviews and safeguarding for young adults with physical disabilities and long-term conditions. You will be expected to supervise staff and use LAS computer systems.

Requirements;

* A degree in Social Work

* Minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience

* Experience at a senior level within a social work setting
