We are looking for a Semi-Independent Waking Night Support Worker to join an outstanding Semi-Independent Living service located in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

The organisation specialises in providing therapeutic care to young people with complex needs. They aim to bridge the gap between leaving care and living in the outside world, by giving young people the best chance of living an ordinary life totally independently in their local community – whilst achieving their full potential.

Working as a Semi-Independent Waking Night Support Worker, you will provide young people with a positive role model who will help them to develop the practical skills they need in order to look after themselves when they leave care – including helping with accommodation and housing applications, managing finances, finding employment, advocacy and guidance for further education or training.

Requirements

Recent experience working as a Semi-Independent Waking Night Support Worker in a Semi-Independent Living service.
Level 3 Diploma for Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
Full UK Driving Licence.
