Temporary role

Part time Friday, Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm

£9.50p/h

Duties to include;

Answering telephones and transferring to the relevant person and welcoming visitors
Post resident invoices and organise stationary orders
Creating Staff personnel file and maintaining them
Request references for new staff
Employee Checks – ID
Creating new starter Packs
Organising refreshments for visitors
Visitors in and Out – Sign in
Log sickness
Maintain Fire box
General Admin – IE Letters, ad hoc driven by manager/directors
Booking transport where required
Occasional show rounds/enquiry's – Supports S&R
Ordering uniform
Ordering name badges
Manage the VNB board
Ordering newspapers
